You have five years from the lot purchase to complete construction of your lake home. This generous timeline provides flexibility for financial planning, design development, and coordinating the best times to build, taking into account Central Alberta’s weather conditions. Our architectural guidelines and building support remain available throughout this period to ensure the success of your project.
Every lot comes fully serviced with power, natural gas, municipal water, and sewer connections ready for your builder. Our community water treatment plant provides high-quality, safe drinking water, and all utilities are included in the $129 monthly condo fee. No hauling water, managing septic tanks or propane deliveries needed.
Absolutely! While we have trusted building partners (Larkaun Homes, Purcell Timber Frame Homes, Brandt Construction) who specialize in lake construction, you're welcome to work with any licensed builder. We'll guide your chosen builder through our architectural control process and provide support to ensure a smooth project completion and compliance with community standards.
