Our oversized estate-style, fully-serviced lakefront and lakeside lots vary in size. Our lots average 11k sqft, 0.25/acre or 1000m2. All our lakefront lots have already sold, but there are still plenty of lakeside lots that are available for you to build your dream lakehome.
Lakeside lots at Pelican View Estates currently range from $89,000 to the $279,000. While our premium lakefront lots have sold, our available lakeside lots offer excellent value with full access to community amenities, including the dock system, fire pit, and walking paths. All lots come with complete utility connections (power, water, sewer, natural gas) included in the monthly $129 condo fee.
Our architectural control guidelines protect property values while allowing creative freedom for your custom lake home. Guidelines cover quality material standards, design harmony, and environmental protection measures. You have a wide array of approved design parameters for everything from cozy cabins to luxury residences, with a five-year timeline to complete construction after lot purchase.
PVE falls under Camrose County, where the current rate for vacant residential property would be calculated based on the assessed value. Please see the Camrose Country website for more information.
You may use an RV as a primary residence for 24 months from the date of your building permit. Once your home residence is finished, one RV unit is allowed full time, with additional RVs temporarily allowed with a permit.
Yes, the building commitment is to have a home to lock up within five (5) years of purchase. During this time, we have worked closely with the County of Camrose to allow RVs as a primary residence for a period of 24 months from the date of your building permit.
