Natural Gas

Clean, efficient heating and cooking fuel already piped to your lot. It's perfect for cozy fireplaces, efficient heating, and that outdoor BBQ setup you've been planning.

Water

High-quality, safe drinking water is delivered through our community distribution system.

Sewer System

Professional sewage treatment is managed by the condo corporation off-site. No septic tanks, no pumping schedules, no unpleasant surprises.

All utilities (electricity, gas, internet/cable/phone) are charged as per usual via your utility provider.

 

Pelican View Estates Utilities FAQs

Budgeted at $129 per month, this fee covers the state-of-the-art communal water and sanitation system.  When regional services are brought to this community, the condo will no longer be required for these aspects.
