Our lakefront community fire pit is the perfect setting to spend time with old and new friends. It's the unofficial town square, the weekend gathering spot, and the place where "we should get together sometime" actually becomes "see you Saturday night!"

Just bring your family, your favourite mug, and a bag of marshmallows. We'll provide the fire pit and lake views.

You can take over 1,250 steps of paved shoreline pathways that wind through Pelican View Estates, allowing you to step into Buffalo Lake's ever-changing beauty.

The pathway connects the entire community, so whether you're heading to the fire pit, the dock, or just exploring, you're always just a pleasant walk away from wherever you want to be in Pelican View Estates.

Paved Roads

Every road in Pelican View Estates is fully paved, right to your property. This isn't just about convenience (though arriving with a clean car is nice), it's about accessibility and year-round enjoyment.

The paved roads are also plowed and maintained by Camrose County.

Don’t want to have to worry about shovelling your sidewalk, too? There are plenty of local kids who'd be happy to shovel your driveway and walkway in winter. It's that kind of community where neighbours help neighbours.

PVE is fully completed.

Roads are built and fully paved. All services, including gas and electricity, are completed and operational. Water wells are done and monitored by our state-of-the-art Water Treatment Facility. Dark-sky-compliant street lighting has been installed along with Canada Post Superboxes. PVE is a growing community with over 20 homes already, and more are being built every year.

Yes, Pelican Point Marina is a short walk along the waterfront next door at Pelican Point. A future on-site marina is slated for the municipal reserve land at the corner of our property.

PVE features a communal dock system for residents, produced using ShoreMaster Infinity.

Our community is home to four beautiful sandy beaches. Located along the length of our shoreline, you'll find a beach only a short walk from your lot.
